Arrival & Departure Times

For RV/Tent Sites: Arrivals are welcome anytime after 1:00 p.m
Cabin Arrivals: Check in is 3:00 p.m. or later.
Departures: For both cabins and RV/Tent sites are expected no later than 11:00 a.m.
Arriving after Hours: You can check in and pay through Newbook, head to your site and we will see you in the morning!
You can also find a check in packet in the white mailbox in front of the office.

Discounts?

Senior Discount: 55 and older, receive 10% discount of nightly rate .
Veterans Discount: Present your Military ID or DD2-14 upon check-in and receive at 10% discount off nightly stays.
Veterans Day Discount: 25% off on Veterans Day.
Active Military, Police and Firefighter: 10% Discounts when ID is presented at check-in.

At Jellystone Park™ Gulf Coast, we offer a variety of services and amenities to make your stay as comfortable and convenient as possible.

For any assistance during your stay, our staff is happy to help during front desk hours.

Payment / Cancellation / Refund Policies

All cancellations will receive a camp credit (Voucher) for a future stay, valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
Refunds are only to be given with Manager Approval and under extenuating circumstances.

Pet Policy

$25 per pet, per stay (not per night). Maximum of 2 pets per cabin.

RV Site Occupancy Policy

RV site rates include 4 guests.
Maximum of 8 guests per site.
Additional guests over 4 = $5 per person, per day.

Children 3 and under do not count towards occupancy.
